High-current Thermostat

The High-current thermostat is designed for projects that must balance load rating, wire-routing direction and installation flexibility. Its KSD-301 construction uses Bakelite insulation, bent terminals and an adjustable mounting ring. The bent leads can route connections around nearby parts, while the movable ring gives the assembler more freedom to position the device. The series can be incorporated into temperature-control or protection circuits for pressure cookers, water dispensers, microwave ovens, electric water heaters and electric kettles.

Available ratings for the High-current thermostat are 10A/16A, 250VAC, with the 16A option intended for applications whose actual load requirements fall within that rating. The Bakelite operating range is 40-150°C in 5°C steps, with ±3°C, ±5°C or ±10°C accuracy options and AC2500V/S dielectric strength. The product name alone should not be used as the selection criterion; real working current, appliance power, heating cycle, sensing position and sample-test results should determine the final specification.

Gan'en Electronics manufactures the bimetal sensing parts as well as finished thermostat assemblies, enabling the technical team to review drawings, prototypes and non-standard mounting needs within one supply chain. OEM and ODM projects are accepted. The regular MOQ is 10,000 pcs, standard items typically require about 7 days, and custom items about 15 days. Standard samples can be supplied free of charge before mass production, with freight paid separately.

During bulk supply of the High-current thermostat, quality checks are carried out through IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC, with full inspection before packing and optional third-party inspection. A dedicated coordinator can provide production photos or videos and keep delivery information organized. Unbranded outer cartons are available. If a quality, fit or transportation issue is reported, the model, production batch and carton records can be used for traceability.
