Manual Reset Thermostat

Manual reset thermostat is used when an over-temperature trip should be followed by a human check before the appliance can run again. The KSD-301T arrangement here uses bent terminals and a fixed ring, giving a defined mounting point and a wiring direction that can suit the surrounding structure. Manual reset thermostat specification choices are 10A/16A at 250VAC, 40-260°C switching points in 5°C intervals, ±3°C/±5°C/±10°C temperature accuracy and AC2500V/S dielectric strength. The final design should also leave enough room to operate the reset feature and should document the bent-terminal direction and fixing-hole position.
