Power Strip Overload Protector

Multi-outlet strips, portable extension leads and products with different load ratings can vary considerably in internal space and wiring layout, so the Power strip overload protector should be selected against the finished product's voltage, current rating, terminal connection and available mounting position. The protection element can also be used in extension cords, power supplies, test instruments, power tools, uninterruptible power supplies and other related electrical equipment.

The Power strip overload protector is available for 125VAC, 250VAC or 32VDC, with an AC frequency of 50-60Hz. Dielectric strength is 1500VAC/1min, rated switching capacity is three times rated current, and the specified test ambient is 25°C ±3°C. Rated current, reset method, terminal direction and mounting dimensions should follow the strip design. Existing products can be matched from the original protector sample or interface dimensions before a bulk specification is released.

The normal MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Standard items are generally produced in about 7 days and custom items in about 15 days. Every Power strip overload protector is inspected before packing, and third-party inspection as well as photo/video production updates can be supported. Plain outer cartons are available. If a shipment arrives with a damaged housing, deformed product or bent terminal, the buyer can retain the outer packaging, affected parts and waybill; the factory can then compare those records with the production batch and packing information to investigate the cause.
