Refrigerator Thermal Overload Protector

Refrigerator wiring, internal clearances and mounting locations are usually tightly defined, so the refrigerator thermal overload protector should be matched to the actual appliance interface rather than treated as a generic part. The protector can be installed where abnormal temperature rise or load variation needs to be monitored, using a thermal-protection structure and overload bimetal to support the refrigerator's electrical safety design.

The refrigerator thermal overload protector supports 125VAC, 250VAC or 32VDC inputs, with 50-60Hz for AC systems. Dielectric strength is 1500VAC/1min, rated switching capacity is three times rated current, and the reference test ambient is 25°C ±3°C. Selection should take the refrigerator circuit, rated current, measured operating temperature rise, cooling conditions, terminal connection and installation dimensions into account before the production specification is fixed.

Gan'en Electronics can stamp, form and heat-treat overload bimetal parts and assemble finished protectors. Custom matching can start from the customer's current protector, appliance interface, drawing or prototype. Monthly overload-protector capacity is 4 million units. OEM, ODM and drawing-based production are supported. The usual MOQ is 10,000 pcs; standard samples are free, standard products generally require about 7 days, and customized products about 15 days.

Orders for the refrigerator thermal overload protector can be handled by a dedicated coordinator with photo or video production updates. Every unit is checked before packing, and third-party inspection can be arranged. Plain outer cartons are available.
