Customers that already own a housing and contact system can also source a matched bimetal/switch structure around their existing mechanical interface.

It can be designed into motor, generator, transformer or power-supply protection, or used in equipment such as test instruments, extension cords, power tools, UPS products, exercise machines and food-processing equipment. Customers that already own a housing and contact system can also source a matched bimetal/switch structure around their existing mechanical interface.

Gan'en Electronics can support that matching work from stamped bimetal through forming, heat treatment and finished protector assembly. Drawings and physical samples can be reviewed by the R&D/test team before a production version is chosen. Stated monthly capacity for overload protectors is 4 million units. Standard samples are available free before a volume order; regular MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with approximately 7 days for standard manufacture and 15 days for customized manufacture.

The thermal overload protection switch is associated with 125VAC, 250VAC and 32VDC systems, and AC operation at 50-60Hz. Its dielectric-withstand value is 1500VAC/1min, the rated switching capability is three times rated current, and the test ambient is 25°C ±3°C. These figures do not replace application testing: current level, temperature rise, cooling, mounting point, abnormal load and operating duty should all be considered together.

A thermal overload protection switch can move to mass production only after the sample behavior and fit have been accepted. IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC records and after-sales lot tracing are used as quality references, with complete inspection before packing. A buyer may appoint a third-party inspector, and different model versions can be administered separately by one order contact with photo or video progress reports when required.
