Bimetallic Strip Actuator converts temperature-driven bending into movement for the mechanical portion of a kettle thermostat. It works with the customer's support and contact components; it is not a self-contained thermostat. Preload, the point of heating and the receiving mechanism all influence how much useful movement reaches the contacts.
Bimetallic Strip Actuator thermal limits in the source are 40-100°C for operation, 0-60°C for reset and ±5°C tolerance, with optional salt-spray exposure of 24, 48 or 72 hours. Stroke, force, outline and hole dimensions are not standardized values in the supplied data, so they must be derived from the customer's drawing, switch structure or sample and verified before volume production.

Gan'en Electronics can make the bimetal piece by stamping, forming and heat treatment and can also assemble thermostat mechanisms for comparison. Technical selection, trial samples, OEM/ODM and special geometries are supported. MOQ is normally 10,000 pcs; production is typically around 7 days for regular items and 15 days for customized items.
After a Bimetallic Strip Actuator sample is accepted, the drawing, thermal code and order identifier can be preserved for subsequent lots. Production photos/video are available through a dedicated contact. Complete inspection precedes packing, third-party inspection may be arranged, and post-delivery analysis can use the model, batch and customer test record if functional matching needs to be reviewed.
