High Sensitivity Bimetal Disc

For KSD-301 snap-action thermostat projects that require a circular actuating element, the High Sensitivity Bimetal Disc can produce a snap deformation at the specified temperature and drive the internal mechanism. Actual switching behavior depends on the material condition, disc diameter, thickness, crown height, assembly preload and contact structure, so the disc should be validated as part of the complete thermostat system rather than as an isolated component.

The High Sensitivity Bimetal Disc has an operating range of 40-250°C and a reset range of 0-200°C, with ±5°C or ±10°C temperature tolerance. Salt-spray testing can be arranged for 24, 48 or 72 hours.
